Lakewood Village Sales to purchase a home (either new or Pre-owned) you will be eligible for a credit to your account in an
amount between $250.00 to $1500.00 . This reward will be credited to your account upon completion of the sale of a home to
someone referred by you to the sales department, and the amount of the credit will be dependant upon the sale price of the
home sold. In order to be eligible for this credit , you must bring the prospective buyer to the sales office, and make
certain that Chet knows that you are the referring resident.
Anyone who purchases a new home and a share will
receive THREE YEARS free maintenance fee. $200.00 x 12 = $2400.00 ANNUAL SAVINGS X 3= $7200.00
Anyone who purchases
a new home but does not purchase a share will receive a ONE YEAR Free Lot rental. Depending upon the location of the lot,
the savings could be anywhere from $5042.76 (Interior Lot) to $6113.64 (Lake-front)lot.

of the share prices, plus you will receive one year of free Monthly Maintenance fees. Therefore , if you factor in the free

$475.53 X 12
= $5490.36 (annual rental fee)
$200 X 12 = $2400.00 (annual maintenance fee)

without any added incentives would be $3090.00 per year.
Now figure a savings of $5490.36 in the first year,
plus a savings of $3090.36 in years 2-9 ($3090.36 x 8 = $24,772.88)
and you will have your share paid for in 10 years.

The price of an Interior Share is $30,000.00 You are currently paying $420.23 per month in monthly
rental.
Your monthlly maintenance fee would go to $200.00 per month. You are immediately seeing a savings of $220.23
per month.
420.23 x 12 =$5042.76
200.00 x 12 = $2400.00
The initial savings without any added incentives
would be $2,642.76 per year.
